These are the main reasons most people just can not seem to get those six pack abs that everyone Select Quote life insurance If you haven't already seen me around online somewhere, I'm the creator of one of the most popular abdominals and fat loss programs on the internet.

So in this article I want to highlight for you the main points and strategies that I use to make this program one of the most effective programs in existance for fully developing your abdominals as well as getting rid of that stubborn stomach fat that is covering them up.

Pay attention, because once you get this stuff right and start using these techniques regularly, you'll be accident at work claims off your ripped abs in no time flat, whether it's at the beach, at the pool, in the bedroom, wherever... Just think how great it's going to feel when people are complimenting you on your washboard stomach!

Alright, here's what make's The Truth about Six Pack Abs different:

1. The main focus of this program is NOT abs exercises... And, better yet, this program consistently get's better results by NOT focusing on abs exercises!

I know that sounds counterintuitive, but the fact of the matter is that abs exercises are ok, and you do need to do a certain amount of them to develop the abdominals as best as possible. But to be honest, most people that are trying to get better looking abdominals waste WAY too much time training the abs directly. What you really need to focus on is burning off the extra fat that is covering them up.

Let's get this straight right now... Abs exercises do NOT burn fat away from your abs! This can only be accomplished through a much more effective full body training routine that maximizes both your metabolic response and your hormonal response to your workouts. This is the main focus of home refinancing information Truth about Six Pack Abs Program.

Now don't get me wrong. It wouldn't be an abs program if I didn't show you the most effective exercises for developing your abdominals. I also give you detailed instructions and photos on how to do them right. But like I said, the main focus of this program is the secret method that I use to compile the full body training routines and maximize your fat burning effect.

This is the main reason that this program will be much more effective for you than any other abs programs you've ever tried before. You've got my word on that.

2. This program uses none of your typical boring monotonous cardio routines.

In fact, you don't have to do any typical cardio if you don't want to! I actually recommend against it.

Seriously, almost every program out full coverage auto insurance tells you that you must do endless cardio exercise regularly to lose the body fat that is covering your abs. Most of them tell you to do 30-60 minutes of cardio exercise 3-4 days/week in addition to your strength training routines.

The truth is that this is not only unnecessary, but it can actually be counterproductive if you're really trying to get as lean as possible, as quick as possible. I go into this in much more detail in the book, but basically this all comes back to the aspects of your metabolic rate, how much lean muscle you have, the hormonal response in your body from the exercise, and the residual calorie burn in the hours and days following your workouts. And normal boring cardio routines are all wrong when it comes to maximizing these effects!

Now you're probably thinking that since I'm against typical boring cardio routines, then that must simply mean I'm a proponent of interval training. Yes, as a matter of fact, I believe interval training is MUCH better than typical cardio.

However, I also use a special exercise combination and sequencing in my Truth about Six Pack Abs Program that gets even more powerful fat loss and muscle defining results than interval training. And that's saying something, because interval training kicks butt! You'll find out how this system works inside the program.

Want proof that you don't need typical long-duration steady-pace cardio?

Well, first of all, I actually took a course recently that was devoted to scientific research into why steady-pace cardio exercise is actually not that effective at strengthening the heart. The focus of the research basically boiled down to the fact that the heart needs to be trained in a wide variety of ranges to actually be truly strengthened and ready for all the various stresses that life throws at it. Not only that, but steady-pace cardio was also proven in the research studies to be far less effective in the long term at reducing body fat stores.

To give you a real life example... Personally, I haven't done what most people would label "cardio" in probably well over 5 years, and I'm actually leaner now and have a lower bodyfat % now than years ago when I did cardio regularly. Not only that, but my heart is in the best condition ever, as I now consistently have the resting heart rate of an elite athlete at about 50 bpm (remember that lower is better). My resting heart rate used to be in the mid to upper 60's years ago when I used to do typical cardio and strength training routines like most people do.

This improvement in both body fat % and reduced resting heart rate is the direct result of the unique training methods I used in developing the programs in The Truth about Six Pack Abs.

3. This program does NOT revolve around having to use supplements or "fat-loss" pills.

Trust me when I say that for the most part, about 95% of supplements are a complete waste of your hard earned money. I've been approached by supplement companies in the past looking for me to promote their products for them, and offering me a lot of money to do so. Well, you know what I do? I tell them to shove it! Seriously, I won't promote something to my readers that I don't honestly believe in.

The fact is, I've learned over the years through my own experience, as well as hundreds of my clients and friends experiences with supplements, that they are really just selling you the viatical settlement company that their pill or powder will be some "magical" solution to your struggle with getting that lean ripped body that you've been wanting for years. In reality, most supplements do nothing at all to help you improve your body.

Don't get me wrong... I'm not totally bashing supplement companies, but like I said, about 95% of the products they promote are worthless, and won't create any noticeable changes in your body. I will admit that there can be a place for meal replacements for people that can't find the time to prepare or pack all of their real food meals. I also admit that I do think a high quality, fast digesting protein like whey protein can be useful to mix into your post-workout smoothies.

But the fact is that real food is always better for you than processed supplements (as long as you pick the right "real foods"). Anybody that tells you otherwise has either been brainwashed by all of the propaganda and super-hyped up ads that the supplement companies have spread throughout every magazine on the planet, or they have financial ties to selling supplements in some way themselves.

I have dedicated myself to not being lured into the lucrative world of selling supplements. Even though I could make a lot more money selling supplements than by selling my abs program, it's just plain against my morals to rip people off like that.

Frankly, it amazes me that most people are more willing to spend $30, $40, even $50 or more on a bottle of pills or powder than to spend $30 on a comprehensive training and nutrition guide like this Truth about Six Pack Abs program, which will set them up for life on training programs and dietary secrets that will keep them lean and ripped for life. The only thing that bottle of pills or powder is going to do is give you expensive urine! You make the choice.

4. This program does not revolve around using any fancy "ab machines" or "ab gadgets".

In case you were suckered into buying any of these worthless ab belts, loungers, rockers, or any other worthless ab gadget or machine, I have bad news... You were ripped off!

The truth is that most of these machines and gadgets are not the best way to develop the abdominal muscles. Sure, some of them may help a tiny bit with strengthening the abdominals, but they are far less effective than some of the best floor, hanging, and standing abs exercises.

Also, more importantly, virtually all of these abs machines, belts, and gadgets do absolutely nothing to burn fat off of the abdominal area!

Again, losing the fat that's covering up your abs can only be accomplished with a smart nutritional program, and a well designed progressional training program that increases your metabolism and stimulates your fat-burning hormones in your body. Achieving this is simple once you understand the secrets I reveal in the Truth about Six Pack Abs program.

5. This program does not include some sort of fad diet or gimmicky diet trend.

None of that here. I promise you won't be given any more crap about needing to eat "low-carb" or "low-fat", or low or high anything, for that matter. The nutritional secrets I reveal in this program go against all of the authors and companies out there that are trying to lure you in with another one of their gimmicks.

The fact is that they need to come up with some sort of different "angle", so that their diet program appears unique and gives the media something to talk about. That's why there's always some gimmick, like low-fat, or low-carb, or high protein, or the "colors diet", the "low glycemic index diet", the fasting diet, the cabbage diet, and so on.

Instead, I wanted to give you the truth about what it really takes to eat a nutritious diet that not only will have you burning off that stubborn belly fat, but will also have you feeling full of energy every single day. If you don't already feel energetic and alive every single day, then you are missing out, because it is an awesome feeling!

The great thing is that once you start eating balanced and healthy all the time, you virtually eliminate cravings altogether. Personally, I used to crave sweets constantly before I adopted the nutritious diet that I currently eat. Now, I can honestly say I can't remember the last craving I had. It had to be more than 5 years ago... no joke!

Not only that, but I actually enjoy everything I eat way more than I used to years ago when I ate a lot of junk. Does that mean that I never eat burgers, or pizza, or beer? Of course not... We all have a social life. In fact, there are actually very healthy ways and variations to preparing healthier burgers and healthier pizza that I occasionally use.

I hope this article has given you some insight as to where you may be going wrong with your exercise and nutrition plans in striving for those elusive abs. This man was able to catch trophy trout (larger than 20 inches) consistently out of heavily fished small rivers and streams in Central Pennsylvania. Other anglers rarely funny t shirts trout of this caliber out of these waters, but this man did. Through fishing with him, I learned some great trout fishing secrets, which I'm going to reveal in this article.

The first thing for you to keep in mind is that this man always used ultra light gear for trout fishing is small rivers and streams. That is: ultra light action rods and reels, and his reel were always spooled with four pound test line at the heaviest. Using ultra light gear and light line is amazingly important to trout fishing. I found this secret out early on in my fishing career.

The next secret to keep in mind is to always use gang hooks for trout fishing, especially when using live worms. You see, gang hooks enable live bait (and especially live worms) to be presented in a completely natural manner. This trout fishing secret simply results in more bites. Trout can be a very finicky fish and natural presentation is very important. My mentor insisted on using gang hooks, and once you use them, you will as well.

His next secret was to be as efficient as possible. This meant employing things like retractors and bait bags. Retractors are great for carrying cheap car insurance quotes lightweight fishing gear like nail vardenafil and a bait bag is great for carrying your live worms. You see, a bait bag is jrwfishing/bait_pouch.aspa small pouch that hangs off of your fishing vest and holds your live worms while you're fishing. This means that your bait is literally at your fingertips at all times. This saves a ton of time baiting up, and gives you more time with your line in the water, where the trout are, rather than out of the water while you bait up. Being efficient as an angler is a true trout fishing secret.

This man also insisted on fishing at the proper times. What do I mean by this? It's actually quite simple. In order to make sure that you're fishing at the proper times, jrwfishing/signup.htmlyou need to pay attention to the weather & moon. These two forces of Mother Nature play a very big role in the behavior of trout, and the more you understand how, the better. For example, more large trout are caught during certain phases of the moon. You need to be on the water at these times.

These simple, yet extremely effective trout fishing secrets are time testes and proven to be effective through more than fifty years of combined fishing experience. Give one or all of them a sot sooner, rather than later, and you will become a much more successful trout angler. I've personally been using every one of these secrets with great success for more than 20 years.

Trevor Kugler is co-founder of JRWfishing and an avid angler. He has more than 20 years experience fishing for all types of fish, and 15 years of business and internet experience. He currently raises his three year old daughter in the heart of trout fishing country.....Montana!

Gang Hooks Tied & Ready To Fish: jrwfishing/gang_hooks.asphttp://jrwfishing/gang_hooks.asp

Diaper Rash - 8 Ways To Get Rid of It ( For Good!)

Diaper rash - it is no fun for baby and no fun for you! Luckily it's not a major medical problem but more of a common discomfort. Now you don't need to be a pediatrician to recognize diaper rash on your baby - if she has a red, sore, hot looking little bottom when you remove her diaper, you can be pretty sure she's got diaper rash.

The good news is that it's relatively easy to get rid of this rash, and if you're careful in Mortgaging refinancing quotes future, you may be able to rid your baby of it forever by following some simple steps. Here are some IRS attorney and true methods I've used with my own children to get rid of a diaper rash once it shows up , as well as to prevent them from coming back.

car insurances quote your baby naked - Air drying if at all possible as much as possible is a good thing ! Take off that diaper and let their skin breathe. Diapers today, especially the disposable kind are made to keep moisture in , and while they are supposed to keep it away from the skin, that's not possible as the diaper Wyoming Lemon Laws creates almost a condensation. Babies love to be naked too, so if you can brave the possible accidents, let their bottoms air dry.

Change your baby's diaper often Having stool or urine in contact with an already sore bottom will make the rash and your baby worse. Try to make sure your baby's bottom stays as clean and dry as possible at all times. Wet areas on skin can become breeding grounds for infection.

Look at your commercial baby wipes Many brands of store bought baby wipes, while convenient, can contain chemicals and alcohol that can irritate and dry out your baby's skin. Infants' are especially susceptible to outside contaminants so you may want to try different brands until you find one that works - avoid the perfumed kind, or just stick with plain soap and water on a clean cloth.

Find an ointment that works and use it regularly even if your baby doesn't have a rash at the moment , it will prevent it. You may need to try a few to find one you are happy with. The ones with zinc oxide seem to work best. ( Desitin, Zincofax )Some are very thick and hard to spread on and you may find your wiggly baby not impressed. Others go on smoothly, but don't stay put. Ask other moms for their recommendations !

Keep an eye on what your baby is eating Sometimes as you introduce new foods your baby can develop more of an acidic poop ( strawberries did that for mine) so if you find there are some foods that result in a rash, try to avoid them. Diarrhea almost always will result in the start of a diaper rash so keep your eye out.

Check out your baby shampoo, soap, bubble bath etc. Usually the cheaper the brand, the more chemical additives and preservatives, one commonly used is Quaternium 15 and can cause skin flare ups in those with sensitive skin. Try to only use natural products on your baby's skin or plain water if you can.

Check your diaper brand If you find you are changing diapers often , letting baby air dry and a rash is still appearing, it may be the diapers you are using. Consider switching brands, stay away from perfumed ones and possibly switch to cloth diapers.

Be aware of yeast infections Occasionally, what appears to be a diaper rash is really a yeast infection called Candida Albicans. It looks more like a red rash with little white dots and tends to have a defined outline. Sometimes your baby will get this if they have been prescribed anti-biotics , and sometimes you're not sure why! If the rash is not going away with the regular diaper cream and the above mentioned methods, see your pediatrician for an over the counter anti-yeast medication, and use it at every diaper change. It will generally clear up the rash in a few days.

If all else fails, don't hesitate to give your doctor a call. A diaper rash can cause misery to both you and your baby and can worsen if left untreated. Most methods rely Don't just date. Date Socially. Join Engage for FREE! basting. The turkey can be basted every 30 minutes with a basting bulb, or covered with cheesecloth soaked in butter. Other methods include brining sell structured settlement payments turkey (soaking in a salt water solution for 8-10 hours), or injecting a basting solution into the mortgage loans Whatever method you prefer, proper roasting is key to tender moist meat.

Completely thaw the turkey. Start early and thaw the turkey in the refrigerator or in a place where the air temperature is no higher than 40 degrees. A 20-pound turkey takes about two or three days to thaw completely. Be sure the turkey is thawed completely, until no ice appears in the inner cavity and the meat is soft. Be careful: If the inner cavity is still frozen or even partially frozen when you put the turkey in the oven, the outside of the bird will be done before the inside, and the inside temperature will not be hot enough to destroy disease-causing bacteria, or if it is the outside meat will be dried out before the center is done.

Remove the neck and Gourmet Coffee from the cavities. If this is your first time cooking the turkey, be sure that both cavities are emptied. Reserve the neck and giblets for use in preparing the giblet gravy, if desired.

Prepare the stuffing. If you are preparing the stuffing early, mix only the dry ingredients. It is recommended that you cook the stuffing separately, but if you do stuff the turkey, do not stuff it until you are ready to roast it. Stuff the cavity loosely. Do not pack it. If you choose to cook the stuffing separately, you can place a quartered onion and some celery leave and other desired herbs in the cavity for flavor.

Prepare a basting sauce. I prefer to baste with melted butter to which I add fresh or dried herbs. You can also baste with a mixture of wine and butter. Baste the turkey with your sauce and place a loose tent of aluminum foil over the turkey to prevent the skin from burning before the turkey is cooked. This tent will be removed during the last 45 minutes or so of cooking. If you are using cheesecloth, soak the cheesecloth with the basting sauce and place over the breast and drape onto the thighs. When using cheesecloth, you do not need the foil tent. Baste the turkey every 30 minutes during roasting.

Roast your turkey at 325 degrees for the recommended time for the weight of your turkey. These times are approximate and should be confirmed with a meat thermometer. Be sure to check the thermometer about 3/4th of the way through the time indicated so as not to overcook. Dry meat will result if the turkey is overcooked. The following table gives approximate times for roasting turkey at 325 degrees F.

Estimated Cooking Times

Wt. of Turkey Unstuffed Stuffed

10-18 lbs 3- 3 1/2 hrs. 4 - 4 1/2 hrs

18-22 lbs 3 1/2 - 4 hrs 4 1/2 - 5 hrs.

22-24 lbs 4- 4 1/2 hrs 5 5 1/2 hrs

24-29 lbs 4 1/2- 5 hrs 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 hrs

The turkey must be roasted all at once. You cannot partially cook it ahead for later finishing. This method has been shown to increase the chances of food borne illnesses.

For safety and doneness the internal temperature must reach 180 degrees F in the thigh and 170 in the center of the breast. If the turkey is stuffed, the stuffing should reach 165 degrees F in the cavity. This temperature is essential to prevent food borne disease, and should be measured with a meat thermometer. The pop-up thermometer that comes in many turkeys serves as a good approximate of doneness, but should not be relied on as the ultimate authority. When placing the meat thermometer in the thigh or breast, it is important not to touch the bone. The bone conducts heat and will be hotter than the meat. Do not allow the cooked meat to come into contact with anything that has touched the raw turkey.

During the last 30 - 45 minutes of cooking, remove the foil tent to encourage browning. If you desire to use a glaze, spread it over the turkey now with a pastry brush.

After dinner, separate the stuffing from the turkey and refrigerate leftovers immediately. car insurance qoutes a few hours bacterial will begin to grow causing disease if the meat is not quickly cooled. Large chunks of meat will cool slowly, and therefore should be refrigerated immediately to begin the cooling process. Meat, stuffing, and gravy can also be cooled, then frozen for future use.

Luke warm leftovers allow bacterial growth. Food eaten cold will not have the opportunity for further growth, however when heating leftover, they should be heated to at least 165 to kill bacteria.

Diane Watkins is a traditional southern style cook. How so you ask?

Well, in one regard such debate and discussion is what has made our Country the greatest nation in the history of mankind. Several instances come mind that helps to point out this fact. One happened about 15 years ago structured settlement buyer I was in Northwest Washington State fly-fishing the Stillaguamish River for steelhead. My friend Gordon who lives in the area and I arrived at the mouth of the North Fork early one morning and I asked him, "Well what fly should I start out with this morning?" His reply was "try this one" auto insurance companies he gave me Gourmet Food fly from his fly box that looked like a fluorescent orange wooly bugger. In about 15 minutes I was into a nice fish of about 10 lbs. To this day, that is the only fish I have ever caught on that fly, I have fished it on several other steelhead rivers here in Oregon without success. The Red Ant is another pattern that seems to be a one-river fly. It's a great fly on the Rouge River, but for me, that seems to be the only river where it catches fish.

Another curiosity about steelhead flies: A fly pattern Connecticut Lemon Laws catch fish one year, and the following year, it just doesn't seem to work Therefore, if you're going to fly fish a new river for steelhead, better check with a local fly shop or the local fly fishing club and find out what steelhead fly patterns are catching fish for that particular river.

I happened to be a firm believer in confidence that you have for a particular fly pattern. For example, when you tie a fly on the end of your leader that you feel good about, and you get that special "feeling" that it will catch you a fish, chances are, it will work. Also when fishing gets tough because of fishing pressure and hot bright days, stay with the time tested fly patterns that have caught fish over the years.

Needless to say, one of my favorite Steelhead Flies is the Green Butt Skunk. I tie it un-weighted in sizes 4 & 6, on a black finish up-eye fly hook. I consider this a good morning and mid-day fly and have also caught fish on it with bright sun on the water. Second is the plain Skunk with an all white wing, I tie it in sizes 2, 4, and 6 on nickel-plated down-eye hooks. I like the size 2 for winter fish and the 4 & 6 during late low light afternoons and evenings for summer fish. The number three and number four favorites, would have to be the Umpqua Special and the Orange General Practitioner, both of these flies are tied un-weighted on size 4 up-eye hooks. I like to fish these patterns early in the morning on the edges of fast currents using a sink tip fly line and a short leader. Pattern # 5 would have to be the Black Wooly Bugger size 6. I usually tie this fly weighted on a 4x long 2x strong down Company car insurance hook with a long black marabou tail with a few strands of pearl flashabou and a black cactus chenille body with a black hackle wrap. The # 6 fly and one of my favorites because of its versatility, is the Muddler Minnow and I tie this fly on a #6 down eye, 6x long hook. This fly can be fished wet with a trimmed cone head or it can be fishing dry or skated with a trimmed ball head using a riffle hitch.

I use both weighted and un-weighted steelhead flies. However, I feel that an un-weighted fly has more movement in the water because it is affected more by the different current flows than a weight fly. Some sections of fly-only waters prohibit the use of weighted flies, so check the fishing regulations for those waters. However there are times when you just have to get the fly down on the bottom and a weighted fly may be needed.

The on line source for more fly fishing information and tips on steelhead fly fishing, steelhead flies, rods, reels and fly lines, oregon-fly-fishing-with-stan/tips/fly-fishing-tips.htmhttp://oregon-fly-fishing-with-stan/tips/fly-fishing-tips.htm

Stanley Stanton: Oregon Fly Fishing Guide and McKenzie River fishing guide, Visit: oregon-fly-fishing-with-stanhttp://oregon-fly-fishing-with-stan For trout fly fishing tips, how to fly fish information, plus guided Rainbow Trout Fly Fishing, Steelhead Fly Fishing, fly fishing lessons for beginners and Oregon Salmon Fishing

How to Cook Collard Greens

The first time vehicle donation programs my marriage that I whipped up a mess of collard greens, my new husband was aghast. "What is that stuff?" he said, clearly dismayed at both the appearance and the smell of the Don't just date. Date Socially. Join Engage for FREE! as they cooked on the stove.

That's when I learned that collards were yet one more southern food staple that had not yet penetrated Yankeeland, or at least certain parts of it. Once again the respective cultures of this southern gal and her northern-born husband collided in the kitchen.

That was 20-some years ago, and he has come around. Collard greens admittedly are an drug interactions taste, but I'm proud to say that my nearest and dearest is among the most enthusiastic of converts.

People in the South often eat collard greens the way people in the North eat cabbage--that is, quite often, and most frequently as a winter-time dish. Cabbage and collards are closely related, but their flavors are rather different.

One southern tradition that I maintain in my home is that of cooking and eating collards on New Year's Day, accompanied by black-eyed peas and corn bread. This is supposed to ensure wealth in the new year. (Some people, though, substitute turnip greens for the collards; the idea is the same--the greens represent folding money and the peas represent coins.)

You should only use firm collard leaves, darkish green in color, for cooking. Be forewarned that the leaves are quite tough and require a good deal of cooking to render edible.

An interesting side note to this is that cooked collard greens have greater nutritional value than raw collards. This is because cooking breaks down the tough cell walls that would otherwise prevent the nutritional substances in collards from being released. Significant nutrients in collards include vitamin C, calcium and beta carotene.

You can store collards, unwashed, in a ventilated plastic bag in the crisper drawer of your fridge. They will be good there for up to 6 days. The sooner you cook and eat them, though, the less bitter they will taste.

A common way of cooking collard greens is with ham hocks. Here's a collard greens recipe along that line:Ingredients

1 big bunch collard greens

1 onion

1/2 cup cider vinegar

salt

ground black pepper

2 large ham hocks

1/2 cup water

Directions

1. Wash the collard greens thoroughly to remove all grit and traces of dirt. Use a knife to cut the leaves from the stems if the stems are very thick, and discard the stems. Otherwise, just cook the stems with the leaves.

2. Chop onion and medical marijuana with a small amount of cooking oil in a large pot. Add ham hocks and allow them to cook for about 5 minutes.

3. While ham hocks are cooking, mix water, a teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of black pepper together in a bowl or measuring cup. Pour into the pot.

4. Add collard greens a fistful at a time, stirring well each time.

5. After all the collards have been added to the pot, stir until the greens look wilted. Then, turn heat to low, cover the pot with a lid, and allow to cook for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

6. Remove from heat and serve.

Tip: The broth left in the pot from cooking collards is called pot liquor or pot likker in the South, and is highly nutritious. Don't waste it! Add it to other dishes, or just sop it up with corn bread. While certainly important, recruiting is not the end-game, but rather it is the very first step in the talent management lifecycle. Over the years I have watched great recruiting efforts fall prey to a sudden death when everything that management communicated to the new hire during the interview process was completely unwound by the reality of what they experienced on their first day on the job.

These days there seems to be a buzz-word for just about everything in investment. that instant car insurance will focus on the topic of employee onboarding which is a combination of employee orientation, integration and socialization. Onboarding is part compliance, part training, part PR, part branding and part cultural socialization. A new hire college student loan consolidation finish his/her first day on the job with feeling exhausted, frustrated and second guessing their decision to come to work for your business or they can go home feeling energized, motivated, valued and lucky to be part of such a great business. Never will your employees be more motivated and impressionable than on their first day of work. You can recognize that as auto insurance specialists opportunity and exploit the dynamic for the mutual benefit of all concerned parties or you can waste the opportunityThe choice is yours.

The guidelines listed below will assist you Home financing for bad credit an employee onboarding system that will add value to your recruiting efforts:

Develop a new hire punchlist that coordinates efforts between HR, Admin, IT, MarComm, Legal and Accounting departments so that nobody is caught off guard or is unprepared for the arrival of a new employee. that simple step will allow for enough lead time to coordinate the logistics of securing work space, provisioning machines, phones, investment cards and office supplies, for the configuration of security access and permissions, the preparation of press releases, preparation of training, to allow for payroll and benefits to be set-up etc.

Assign all new employees a mentor and make sure that the mentor is not on vacation or under deadline during the new employees first few weeks on the job. The mentor should send out an introductory e-mail to all employees in advance of the new hires start date providing a brief background on the employee as well as an overview of the position they were hired for.

Plan out and/or script as far into the future as possible for all new hires. At a minimum their first week should be scripted and preferably their first 90 days. The schedule should include orientation, training, shadowing more tenured employees, regular interaction with their mentor, etc.

Nothing dampens the spirit of a new employee faster than having them show up for the fist day of work only to sit in the lobby for an hour while the administrative staff trys to figure out who they are and where theyre supposed to be. Remember deployment begins on day one and the first day on the job will set the stage for how the new employee feels about the business and their position within the organization.

Mike Myatt is the Chief Strategy Officer at N2growth. There are books on many of these reasons. Many of these reasons are totally out of your control.

But what about the ones that you are in control of?

What about the legit reasons that you or your staff cause?

Here are the ten top reasons why persons do not purchase a second time around.

1. Follow up after the sale was poor perceived quality, nonexistent, or too far after the sale.

2. buy Prozac online didn't ship the product in the time promised. Whether they needed it immediately or it sits in the in-box, when persons purchase something they don't like waiting. Otherwise, your credibility has been waived. Apologize and offer them an item with perceived value for free.

3. Your product didn't deliver what it promised. Even if your product didn't accomplish what they believe it should have they are not going to think your second product will either.

4. The buyer could not reach you when they had a "after question" sale. You could have added extra lines of communication.

5. Your customer doesn't want to revisit your website because it didn't offer much the first time around. You could have offered more original content or freebies.

6. Your competition is offering free shipping with their product and you aren't. You need to be more aware of how your competition is targeting clients at all times.

7. Your customer forgot your web site address or how to find you. They can't find you easily in the search engines (first or second page lists in their query). You should provide your contact information to your buyers in and on everything.

8. Customer service couldn't solve a problem they had with your product or didn't handle a refund credit card relief Your customer service personnel, and yourself, need clear boundaries on what problems they solve and must pass up the ladder. They should also be trained on what tone, and language to use.

9. You did not up-sell them when they were already in the buying mood.

10. Competition offers a stronger money back guarantee. Always think of better ways to remove the risk from your clients and try to do it better than your competition.

that is a lot to remember, a lot to institute into your business practices, however every one of these items are just as important as the next.

Remember too, that affects viral marketing as well (word of mouth/referrals).

Catherine Franz, Millionaire Coach, thinks outside the box naturally when it comes to attracting money. You may even decide to use these pitchers to serve cold milk instead with your coffee.

3. The cost of good Coffee from Coffee house

There are so many variety of coffee out there, but let's say you always go for a cappuccino which cost about 3 dollars and you have 2 per day. Assuming that you have the same pattern everyday, you would be spending: $3 X 2cups X 365days = $2190 (about that amount for a tour?).

The couple of dollars refer to the gourmet coffee that you would purchase from Starbucks or somewhere similar. To lower the cost, you can either make it at home and as most of your day is Nebraska Lemon Laws in the office, get one machine for your office would also mitigate the spending on There's a world full of women out there. Find one now. gourmet coffees.

2. The cost of good coffee from office coffee machine (self purchase)

We still stick to the assumption that you love your cappuccino, so you would not be getting any drip or vacuum coffee maker, it would must be an espresso machine.

**Hint: the cheapest cappuccino machine around would be the Mr Coffee Maker ECM 250 which can make a simple cappuccino and is less than 50 dollars.

To enjoy the same standard in the office is another 50 dollars outlay. That is not forgetting that you would must "treat" your colleagues who are so envious of your sweet smelling cappuccino!

The beans would probably cost you at 0.20 dollars per serve. You consume 2 cups but would probably must "treat" anything from 5 to 10 cups. Let's say you "treat" 5 cups per day. The total cost of your coffee would be: 7cups X $0.20 = $1.40, lesser than what you would pay to Starbucks, but not the best savings!

You spent a total of S$50 (initial investment) %2B S$1.40 X 365 = $561.00 just to enjoy your 2 cups of cappuccino.

3. The cost of good coffee from coffee travel mugs

Using a coffee maker for the office still cost you about $561.00 every year. It is cheaper than the $2190.00, but to us, it is not good enough. Imagine, where the $561.00 can get you to? If you are traveling to Asia, that amount probably can bring you from Japan to another few days stay in Hong Kong!

Let's see how much savings, a simple coffee travel mug can get for you:

Everything remains the same; you still drink 2 cups of cappuccino everyday. The difference is you get yourself a great Nissan or "Frontgate" coffee travel mug, which can keep coffee warm for hours! The initial outlay is approximately $20.00.

You do not must share your coffee as your coffee travel mug is personal, so folks would not come to you for "treats" and nobody likes sharing from the same mug -so you save the "treats". The total cost for the good coffee from coffee travel mugs would be $20.00 (the purchase of a good thermal mug) %2B $0.20 (the cost of beans) X 2 serve per day X 365 days = $166.00.

Between having a coffee maker in the office and bringing it from home consolidation loan stafford student save close to $400.00 and you would saved more than $1500.00 simply by using coffee travel mugs and not buying from coffee house.

So, what do you think? Simple thing yes, but in the era where cost is rising so rapidly, I seriously think that the savings from coffee travel mugs can go a long way for working folks like all of us!

Ebenezer Heng, the owner of On Coffee makers does the research for on any machines related to coffee. After all, it's a generic term, so isn't all broadband the same? Or more specifically, aren't all broadband service providers the same? The answer to that question is unfortunately a very big no. And what makes that even worse is that because of the lack of knowledge that the general public has, they may simply go for the broadband service with the most attractive price tag. In many cases, that can leave accident claim with a service that isn't much better than ordinary dial up. So what is it that makes broadband services different? While we can't go into great detail here, we'll at least try to give you some basics so you'll at least have some clue what to look for when shopping for a broadband service.

Broadband is loosely defined as a high-speed connection. What is a high-speed connection? It is generally accepted that anything above dial up, or 56K, is considered a high speed, or broadband connection. However, there are several types of broadband connections and they don't all provide the same speed, or data transfer rate. The most popular types of broadband are DSL, Cable, Wireless and Satellite. every of these types delivers a different rate of speed, in spite of what the service providers claim and I am sure you've heard the claims. "4 times faster than DSL" and blah, blah, blah. The problem is, you must read the fine print.

Fine print?

Oh yes and tons of it. The truth is, there are various levels of broadband and you life insurance quotation based on the level you get.

The lowest level of broadband is basic broadband. These are actually very low speed broadband services that aren't very reliable and are pretty much good only for home use and instant auto insurance much better than dial up.

After that, you have what's called Business Grade Broadband. These are much higher speeds of around 512 Mbps. However, they can also be as low as 256 Mbps. These types of connections are more suitable for running a business and much more reliable than basic broadband.

The highest level of broadband is called Advanced Broadband. that level is used mostly by businesses that have an enormous number of users. that level is about as fast as you're going to get and offers the most reliable connections and security features. It is also very expensive.

It is because of all these differences that many casual users, such as the home users, don't know what to choose. Again, they get sucked in by the low price tags without reading the fine print that the service they are getting is the lowest level service. For example, one recent DSL ad offers a monthly price of about $20 a month for DSL service. But if you look at the fine print you will see that it is for their slowest speed.

It's like anything else in life. With broadband, you get what you pay for.

No, not all broadband is the same.

Michael Russell

Your Independent guide to broadband.for-home-and-office.com/Broadband

Mark Knopfler Screenplaying Rock Music CD Review

Screenplaying is the latest release from Rock Artist Mark Knopfler, and I can only think of one word to describe that CD AWESOME!

Refreshingly, that was one of those CDs I was able to just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. LCD flat screen TVs are becoming more and more popular as they have had dramatic price drops. If you are thinking about buying a new flat screen, then you have many choices before you.

The plasma flat screen was one of the most innovating and mortgage loan consumer electronics products to come to the market in the last 15 years. Now however, the LCD flat screen TV's are passing the plasma in popularity. Plasma screens use more electricity and are much heavier than their LCD counterparts. that makes wall mounting more difficult. Another drawback car insurance compare plasma is that the screens are more easily scratched. When Plasma flat screen TV's were first produced, their life expectancy was around 20,000 hours but now with the newer generations of plasma screens, their life span is closer to 50-60,000 hours. Both Plasma and LCD screens have made big improvements in that area.

Advantages of LCD flat screens are that they are not susceptible to burn-in and have now become less expensive than plasma televisions. Because of the nature of LCD technology, there is no radiation emitted from the screen itself.

Plasma screens generally handle faster moving images better than LCD's. Plasma and LCD screens may look similar, but some LCD screens do not have the level of color accuracy that plasma displays. Historically plasma screens also have a better viewing angle than LCD. You would tend to see color variations with side viewing of the LCD's, while the Plasma screen colors remained more solid.

Prices vary from buy Ritalin online to business, so it is smart to shop around. There are many makes, models, sizes and prices associated with the LCD flat display. The prices of the TVs student loan consolidations vary, depending on the size, manufacturer, model and merchant and the name brands are always going to be substantially more expensive.

Once you hang that LCD flat screen TV up on your wall, you will surely love it. There is nothing quit like watching a flat screen TV in your own house. They are totally cool and in no time your entire family will be enjoying films and games in crisp, vivid, full HD splendor on your LCD flat screen TV and have forgotten they ever had another kind.

Find out where you can get lcdflatscreentv.blogspot.com/Cheap LCD Flat Screen TVs. Now it's time how to donate car look at some more home hair removal treatments that you can use to save yourself remorgaging cost automobile insurance quotes professional hair removal.

Waxing Tips

that is no time to be brave - the truth is, most persons find that waxing hurts! It's important to prepare your skin properly, which means it needs to be 100% dry and clean, no lotions, no creams. Make sure you apply the hot wax in the same direction the hair grows. You also need to choose the right type of wax for your hair. Thin wax is fine for fine hair, and thick or coarse hair will require thicker wax. You also need the hair to be at least 1/8 of an inch long before you can wax it effectively. The good news is that waxing usually only needs to be done once a month, perhaps even less.

Bleaching

Okay, bleaching isn't really a hair removal technique, but it's certainly has the same effect. Bleaching lightens the hair so much that it's hard to be seen. You need to purchase cosmetically approved bleaching creams that are specifically formulated for use on the body - don't make the mistake of reaching for laundry bleach! The most common area targeted with bleaching is the area above the lips, although you can use it in other areas Alabama Lemon Laws well. Unfortunately many women find bleaching results in skin irritation, so it's probably a good idea to test the bleach first on an inconspicuous area. You might also find that bleached hair is extremely obvious if you have tanned or dark skin, so take a moment to think whether it's an appropriate choice for you. Generally you'll need to bleach hair every two to three weeks for that technique to be effective.

Abrasives Tips

If you want to remove an area of fine hairs, you can abrasive pumice stones or special hair removal gloves. These gloves have a meridia online that feels similar to fine sandpaper. Rub the gloves or stone in a circular motion, and make sure you only use a light pressure so that you avoid damaging the skin. It's probable that you'll end up with a small amount of skin irritation no matter how careful you are. Abrasive treatments usually last for at least three weeks.

Epilation Tips

Epilation is a commonly used term to describe any hair removal method that removes the hair from below the skin's surface - which usually means removing the root of the hair. Electrolysis, waxing and laser treatment are the main forms of epilation, and are discussed elsewhere in these tips.

Electrolysis Tips

When it comes to electrolysis, you may be better off visiting a professional. Home electrolysis methods aren't always as dependable. The good thing about electrolysis is that the hair removal can be permanent if it's done properly. If you do use any home electrolysis equipment, make sure you read the label, warnings and instructions very carefully first. The models that use electric tweezers are usually fairly ineffective. You need to choose a model that inserts a blunt needle beside the hair follicle. Hair that's actively growing responds better to electrolysis than fully grown hair, so it's a good idea to wax the area or use a depilatory cream and wait for the hair to start regrowing before using electrolysis. It's vital that you keep your equipment clean and sterilized. Using a dirty needle can result in serious infection. Take your time, and only do a small area, such as a square inch, every time. It's possible the skin will swell afterwards. Most home electrolysis treatments don't remove the hair permanently, so you will probably need to repeat the process every couple of months.

After reading these our two articles, you should have learned a lot about hair removal techniques you can use at home, and have decided which one is most suitable for you. Always read labels and instructions carefully, and follow them exactly.

Timothy Gorman is a successful Webmaster and publisher of www.painless-laser-hair-removal.info/Painless-Laser-Hair-Removal.info He provides more laser hair removal advice, solutions and information on www.painless-laser-hair-removal.info/Articles/Elementary_Laser_Hair_Removal_Facts.phplaser hair removal facts that you can research in your pajamas on his website.

Pop Out The Champagne In Charlotte!

Well, owners of homes in Charlotte, North Carolina will be simply delighted to hear some optimistic and local, cheap meridia news. It may be puzzling, but it is encouraging to know that your own city is not caught up in the national down-spiral of house prices.

In fact, Charlotte, North Carolina is actually listed in the top ten of America cheap car insurance quote being a minimal risk realty market. So all you home owners who want to move around (locally), go for it - you will not be losing out!

Here's the story: a nation-wide insurance company that week published their national 'risk list' which ranks cities of America by the relative risks involved in buying or owning a home there.

The company uses that compilation which is their own analysis and intelligent guesswork to make a projection about real estate markets for the next two years. They need to Paxil that table of cities to refer to when they have to decide whether or not to insure a home loan.

The company concerned, PMI, is a private mortgage insurance company and underwrites loans from all over the United States - hence the need for a country-wide chart.

Their chart rates a city's chances of realty decline from 1% to over 90% odds. It starts with a one per cent projection that a city's real estate prices will not de-value in the next two years and moves all the way up to as high as a ninety-four per cent chance that it will!

For those who dabble in investments in real estate, or those who like to keep a close eye on the financial situations and 'pounce' when the chips are at their lowest, you will probably want to earmark the cities who are on the falling list. that way, when prices are rock bottom, you can clean up; a bit ruthless, but also good business sense.

However, there should be no 'clean up' in Charlotte! The risky places were the cities that were mostly the high fliers in the realty boom; states like Nevada, Florida, California and Arizona are not cited by government student loans consolidation as good risk areas in the next two years.

Amongst the top ten, and listed alongside Charlotte, North Carolina were a few surprises. Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania is listed, as is Kansas City, Missouri.

Some of the other cities listed alongside Charlotte in the top ten could be considered predictable. For instance, Texas has five cities listed all with the rating of less than one per cent chance of realty market decline.

A surprising city to be earmarked as a possible high risk was Las Vegas, with a rating of 89% chance of declining prices. However, with all that good news for Charlotte, we do not want to get into the negative side of things; there is cause for celebration in Charlotte - pop open the champagne!

Keith Lutz, an experienced REALTOR serving the www.lovingcharlotte.com/" target="_blankCharlotte real estate area. Should you buy a used or web hosting asp net one? There are pros and cons for both.

Most people automatically think new is better than used. It is in many cases. With real estate, however, there are a bevy of factors that make the determination a bit more complex.

The pros of a new home include the fact that, well, everything is generic tadalifil The home is also designed to most modern criteria including energy saving appliances, compliance with all safety regulations and so on. Do to the fact it is new, such a home should be easier and cheaper to maintain as well. impotence help that being said, there are some downsides as well.

How could there be downsides with a new home? Well, lets look at them. First, you rarely are buying a complete home experience. While the home is in perfect shape, many developments now require you to do the landscaping or pay an additional fee to have the developer do it. Another downside is the price tends to be more fixed. A developer simply doesnt have a lot of room to move on price. As a new property, that price will often be much higher than homes in the area that are only a couple of years old.

So, what about used homes? As you might guess, there are pros and cons as well. Lets consider the positives first. Price is a big one. You are going to pay less than for a new home. Style is also a big issue as you mortgages for people with bad credit be unable to find the style of home you like in newer developments that tend to go in trendy directions. Another positive with a used home is you can accurately predict the neighborhood. With new developments, one is not always sure how things will develop with so many people moving into the area. Finally, used homes tend to be complete, to wit, you just move in. Although you will probably want to updates, there is no absolute need to.

On the downside, a used home is going to be costlier to maintain since it has wear and tear. Along that automobile insurance quotes of thought, the home is also going to be less energy efficient. Finally, the very nature of the home may be obsolete. As new gadgets come on the market, your used home may be unable to handle the wiring or have the appropriate space for them. Basic issues like piping may need to be changed and so on.

So, which should you purchase? There is no correct answer. Your goal should be to find something you like and can afford. Then weigh the tradeoffs of new versus old and make a decision.

Raynor James writes a free www.fsboamerica.org/Newsletter.cfmreal estate newsletter you can get at FSBOAmerica.org.

Christmas Business Gift Baskets in 5 Easy Steps

Sending the perfect affordable auto insurance business gift baskets isn't rocket science. Many today still fear the Rottweiler, just Collegevyyqmfo they did many years before now. The Rottweiler was always considered a smart dog and one impotence would scare off thieves. that is as true today as conference calling companies was in the past.

To fully understand and to take full advantage of the nature of the Rottweiler, it cannot be stressed enough why it is so important to take a few moments and understand where that breed comes from and what its ancestors went through. By doing so, you may actually walk away better equipped to handle your own Rottweiler. It doesn't take but a moment to educate yourself so that next time a guest in your home is scared of the look the Rottweiler has, you can share knowledge with them and lessen their fear. Although many people would not think of it when looking at a Rottweiler, the ancestry of that dog actually dates back into ancient Roman times. It was then that that breed started as what was called the Roman drovers. The drovers were Dietgirl used to serve the soldiers, as during the nights they would serve as guard dogs and alert them to any dangers, including surprise attacks from enemies and then the drovers would herd cattle during the daylight.

During the travels of Caesar, some of the drovers were left behind in Germany, and it was in Rottweil, Germany, where the dog got its name as they began to breed that dog in order to serve them the way they served the soldiers. They would serve as work dogs just like they did for the soldiers. There was no doubt in the minds of anyone that that was a dog to respect and respect them they did.

Although it seemed that the benefits the Rottweiler gave could not go, the railroad came through and suddenly there was no longer a need for the Rottweiler to pull barges and carts. that meant that the main purposes that that breed was used for was now gone and it was not looking so great for the Rottweiler as they were jobless and soon to be homeless. But then, in 1910, the Rottweiler was recognized as a police dog and helped not only the police on the streets but also did their part in World War II.

Then it was in 1931 that the American Kennel Club Stud Book finally admitted the Rottweiler and for a decade, the popularity of that breed was shown, as it always seemed to make the top ten of the American Kennel Club's registered breeds. But in 2000, that ended when the Rottweiler dropped into eleventh place but the breed still keeps a warm spot in the hearts of many. The Rottweiler is still one of the most loved, feared and respected dogs to date and with the history behind them, it is understandable.

Sharon Davies hopes that by explaining some of the history behind the Rottweiler that more and more people will come to feel connected to the dog instead of fearing it. The key to understanding that, would be invaluable to learn how to make it. Knowing the components of a cappuccino enables you to visualize the procedures later.

Cappuccino is actually an Get 2 weeks of Medifast FREE! (Enter code GetTwo) filled with 2 types of heated milk, i.e the steamed milk and the frothed milk. And, it is the frothed milk that gives cappuccino that classic look and it is also the "so difficult " frothing that lead world coffee bodies in using the froth to evaluate the skills of baristas.

The proportion of cappuccino is 1/3 espresso, 1/3 heated milk and 1/3 frothed milk. We would not touch on espresso in that article, as it warrants one entire article on how to South Carolina auto accident attorney a good espresso, here we would highlight the other 2 components, the steamed and frothed milk, to better your learning in how to make cappuccino.

You would get steamed milk when the heat source (usually the steam wand) is injected into the milk, slightly below boiling point. As the injection of hot air is controlled to a minimal, there would not be any change in the milk volume except for a small amount of micro bubbles or froth.

To get more bubbles, i.e. to get frothed milk, place the steam wand at the surface of the milk, and that would creates more of the micro bubbles, remove the steam wand, when the froth has the look and feel of whipped cream.

Now, let's learn how to make cappuccino in 3 simple steps:

i. when using an espresso machine, while waiting for the espresso to brew, steam and froth the milk in a frothing pitcher. Once done, set it aside for approximately 30 seconds.

that is to allow the milk densities to separate. To speed up the process, you can try what Starbucks or most coffee shops' baristas are doing -by knocking the frothing pitcher on the table, that would separate the steam from the froth milk.

ii. Then, take a large spoon to keep the milk foam as you pour out the steam milk. As you pour the steam milk into a mug, do it slowly to prevent breaking the froth, and stop when you reaches 1/3 of the mug.

With the 1/3 steam milk done, spooned up the froth milk and put it on top of the steamed milk, that foamed milk should take up another 1/3 of the mug.

iii. For the last 1/3 of the mug, pour in the espresso down the middle of that foamy sculpture. And there you have it, a foamy cappuccino!

Not that complicated right? No need to ask how to make cappuccino like that Starbucks baristas anymore right? You can do it with 3 simple steps!:)

Ebenezer Heng, the owner of On Coffee Wine does the research for on any machines related to coffee. It's taken a while to arrive at the point where Marvelcomicarixinsh think I am beginning to understand something. Call me dense. I get called every other imaginable pejorative by readers, so why not add dense, thickheaded, numbskull, dunderhead? I answer to all of those names and even others that are too wickedly vile to repeat.

I think I finally have had a "light bulb" moment where the light of day dawns on a very dark corner of my mind and makes me utter a shrieking, "Eureka!"

When my wife and I moved to Mexico in 2003, we came with a radically different philosophy of expatriation than the one many of our fellow expatriates hold. We believed that expatriation should look something like that:

Expatriation is the process by which an intense integration occurs whereby the individual of another culture is eventually absorbed Spider Manjcexelc the new culture. that includes absorption into the new culture's language, celebration of holidays, observation of local events, and politics, if allowed by law, in the new country. Also, it would include the development of intense interpersonal relationships with neighbors in the new country.

However, what we found instead were hordes of Gringos, mostly of the American breed, closely gathered into enclaves known as "Gringolandias." A different philosophy of expatriation motivates the formation and perpetuation of Gringolandias and Gringolandians.

In these American colonies, named Gringolandias by locals, we did not find accident attorneys Oakland remotely resembling a process of an intense integration occurring whereby the individual of another culture is eventually absorbed into the new culture. Nor did we find, as a whole, those members of the Gringolandias participating in any sort of activity whereby an absorption into the new culture's language, celebration of holidays, observation of local events, and politics, if allowed by law, in the new country, was taking place.

On the contrary, what we've seen in the past five years, with only a few exceptions, looks something like that:

"...the practice of promoting, distinguishing, separating, or artificially injecting the culture or language of one nation into another. It is usually the case that the former is a large, economically or militarily powerful nation and the latter is a smaller, less important one."

that is, by the way, the Wikipedia definition of CULTURAL IMPERIALISM.

Disclaimer Time: Not all American expats living in Mexico are Cultural Imperialists. However, most, if not 99%, are indeed guilty of beginning or participating in the perpetuation of "...the practice of promoting, distinguishing, separating, or artificially injecting the culture or language of one nation into another."

The way they do that is with their money. They are a more powerfully large and economically persuasive group that gets what they want because they have the money to buy it.

What has absolutely befuddled me are the reviews of the books and hundreds of articles I've written about expatriation. Some would write book reviews that were somewhat favorable. One such review was by that of a former editor and chief of a major news organization in a prominent American city. Though I have no delusions that that reviewer regarded my books as "fine literature," he gave a decent review of the books.

Others go so far as to threaten to find me to do me bodily harm. I swear to God that is true: Some woman from New York threatened to fly to the city in Mexico where I live to slap me. She had the ganas to post that on Amazon.com where my book is featured. that is mild. We've gotten death threats.

There is an incredibly small minority of Americans who expatriate to Mexico to learn the portal to the culture, Spanish, and assimilate into the Mexican culture. You will find them NOT hanging out with the members of the Gringolandias nor will you find them living in these American compounds. They live in Mexican neighborhoods, shop at the mom-and-pop stores, and generally are invisible. In our new book, Sustainable Expatriatism, we say that in the eighth principle of Sustainable Expatriatism:

Communities measure expatriatism success not by sheer numbers of expats, Ironfan by length of stay, money spent, and quality of experience. Another measure of success is how invisible the expats are in the local community. Success is measured in how well the foreigners blend into the local background and how little attention they attract because of their foreignness.

In contrast, the Gringolandians are the most highly visible Extranjeros or Foreigners.

A revealing statement a accident attorneys Phoenix guide made to us was when he pointed out the American Compounds in San Miguel de Allende (he actually showed us several) where their try to create bubbles, secluded enclaves, is one of the most visible things in the city to the locals. There is no blending in but a purposeful standing out and separation.

The locals in San Miguel de Allende, as one example, plainly see the difference between real expats and fakepats:

"Their major concern is that the center of town, which is by far the heart of any Mexican community, will soon be a Mexican-free zone." - (The Gringa in San Miguel; livingethnography.blogspot.com/. Blog entry: Sunday, Stuffbfmxlxgm 30, 2006)

Economically, Cultural Imperialism has taken place in that small Colonial Mexican town but with a general and massive disregard for language, which is the doorway or portal to the culture.

"They Love Us Here": American Migrants in Mexico, by Sheila Croucher makes that observation:

"Few American residents of San Miguel speak Spanish, including those who have lived in the city for ten or more years."

There are those in Guanajuato, the city where we live, who have lived in that town for more than thirty years and speak not a word of Spanish.

that is an insult to the locals for two reasons: The hypocrisy and the disrespect.

The local are well informed what Americans back in the States think about immigrants and especially Hispanics. Americans cry from the rooftops that those who move to America, legally or not, should engage in the process by which an intense integration occurs whereby the individual of another culture is eventually absorbed into the new culture. that includes absorption into the new culture's language, celebration of holidays, observation of local events, and politics.

however, when the vast majority of Americans move to Mexico..."Few American residents of San Miguel speak Spanish, including those who have lived in the city for ten or more years." (Croucher)

Cab drivers are an extremely valuable source of information about that issue. Every taxi driver we've queried, without exception, has told us they regard it a matter of respect for the Gringo who moves to Mexico to learn Spanish. If Americans don't do what they expect the Mexican who moves to America to do, then Mexicans regard that as an insult to their culture, their raza.

If it is true that the vast majority of Gringolandians move to Mexico based on a concept and not a reality, then why wouldn't they attack me relentlessly for exposing the fact that they move to Mexico to engage in forever altering the local language and culture by seeking to buy up every piece of real estate in sight?

Culture is not the issue for moving to Mexico for the majority, however money is indeed the reason. The Concept of Mexico that is painted for the one who does not hold to the philosophy of expatriatism I've expressed in that essay is that Mexico is just waiting with baited breath for them to arrive. They really believe, in my view, that you can buy up real estate for a song and dance, have your dollars stretch further than in America, and that all Mexicans who live or who ever have lived are just waiting like a Fantasy Island Welcoming Party to kiss your hands and feet.

Guanajuato, the State, is seen as the Real Estate Investment Land of Milk and Honey. Right now in the city of Guanajuato, prices have skyrocketed in real estate and properties are being presented as "exclusive." One guy, I heard second hand, tells those interested in buying here that you won't have to "deal" with any Mexicans other than those who work for you. Nice, huh?

It finally occurred to me that those who attack me are from that group of fakepats who are interested in obtaining property for investment or for a second home. Language and Culture are not even a consideration. Their very monolingual presence is what forever changes the cultural landscape of the Mexican towns they infect. The locals are forced to adapt to the invaders or Cultural Imperialists.

One man in the city of Guanajuato felt so threatened that what I was writing was endangering his vacation rental home business he became a sort of ringleader in an try to get rid of me. They would actually convene little sessions to discuss my demise. Can you begin to fathom that?

It is those who are presented with the reality of Mexico, those who are shaken from their abidingly false concept, who vehemently attack me-Eureka!

Gringolandians live on a scripted stage of fakery and make believe. Driven by the Concept of Mexico that they can buy and sell real estate cheaply and get rich, they ignore culture. Because they won't (can't) leave the theatrical stage where they are told what to say in the script, their profession of a love for the culture is vain and empty. The ticket off the stage, stopping that scripted existence, will be the language-the portal to the culture.

The beginning step to earning the Mexicans' respect? Learn their language.

But, alas, "to hell with reality" is far too easy for most.

On that scripted stage of fakery and make-believe most will stay.

www.mexican-living-guanajuato.comTHE PLAIN TRUTH ABOUT LIVING IN MEXICO

The Importance of Inbound Links to Your internet

Links into Captain America internet from other internets are one of Gourmet Foods key factors that Google uses to determine your PageRank, Link Popularity and consequently relevancy and success in its listings.

Relevant links into your internet help to raise your Google search engine rankings because a link into your internet is considered by Google to be a vote Allah your internet, or more specifically a vote Coffee Makers the page on your internet that the external internet links to.

The more links into your internet the more votes and the more "important" Google considers it to be. Furthermore the higher the quality of the internet that links to yours, then the more important their vote for you. So it's important to get as many links into your internet as possible, and also get as many high quality links in as you can, from other important internets.

What form does that link into your internet need to be? The best format for the inbound link to your internet is as a text link, with relevant link text, and by that I mean that the words that the page uses to link to your internet should be relevant to the page on your internet which the link points to. that relevant link text helps Google to build an accurate "picture" of what the page that is linked to is about, and so helps build your relevancy score.

But what about PageRank you ask? PageRank (PR) is a critical measure of the importance of any web page as determined by Google, and it is important to factor in the PageRank of webpages that link to yours. But more importance is the relevancy! Linking from an unrelated high PR page to yours will not carry as well much value for you, and in fact may harm your own success on Google: if you have as well many non-relevant links in to your page it can New Hampshire Lemon Laws of non-natural link popularity growth and you can be penalised.

Add to that the fact that it also important to vary the text that is used to link into your internet to ensure you do not get penalised for unnatural link growth, and also develop links into the interior pages of your internet as well as just the home page.

So now the Allah question: how to grow these links into your internet? There are several method:

1. Hire a search engine optimiser, which can be expensive.

2. Buy links into your internet. Be careful to ensure you don't set off any red flags with Google, and definitely DO NOT get involved with any link farms.

3. Approach your clients and suppliers and ask for links from them - the preferred method!

www.webstarters.co.nz" target="_blankWebstarters Ltd. internet design and development investment from Auckland New Zealand.

iPod Touch Downloads - Best iPod Touch Downloads Resources

Ipod Touch Downloads are not as easy to find. When we purchase a cool gadget, especially created by Apple, we want to Buy Viagra - 30 pills @ 20mg each HERE cool stuff on it, like music and movies - but where can we find such files?

There are several websites offering movies, tv shows and music for your ipod, ipod touch and iphone, however only few are worth it your precious time. Apple offers the iTune store filled with songs and videos, however at $0.99 per song it could get costly, especially when we want to get hundreds Christmas pages to color songs.

Second option on the list would be free iPod touch ironman sites. Okay, do you remember the famous saying: "If it seems too SAVE NOW on Quality Inkjet Cartridges. Up to 75% SAVINGS! to be true it probably is"? that rule applies for "free" downloads as well. First of all they are not legit - if you get caught you might end up paying a 5 digit fee in court. Another great risk of downloading from free sites is the quality of the files. Most of them contain spyware, adware and viruses so when you download one single song, you might be losing your computer.

The only option left:

Trusted iPod Touch Downloads sites. They provide great technical support, and spyware-free files of great quality. These websites are also legal to use and they do not charge you "per download fee". For a small fee, usually under $40 you get a life Troll Dolls access to unlimited number of downloads without any worries about Christmas recipes your PC infected or overpaying for the service. If these sites were featured on TV - they are worth it.

We have reviewed the most popular feedyouripod.infoiPod Touch Downloads Sites, to check out the verdict, visit our review website: feedyouripod.infoiPod Touch Downloads Sites Review
